Shooting glory continues: 19-year old Lakshay wins silver in Men’s Trap event

Lakshay Sheoran won silver in Men’s Trap event. The young shooter scored 39 out of 45 shots to bag a podium finish for India. Lakshay was steady at the range remaining at the second position from the beginning. Yang Kunpi of Chinese Taipei won the gold with 48 shots with which he equaled the World Record.

19-year old Lakshay took up the sport in 2014 and within 4 years he ensured an Asian Games medal. The other Trap shooter Manavjit Singh Sandhu finished fourth with 26 shots.
